4th of July Celebration
We entered Kylee in the 4th of July Bloomington Community Parade for this morning. As Ty went to work this morning the Bloomington Council asked him if he would lead the parade in his cop car. He of course said he would. Then they also asked if he wanted to lead the runners in the 4th of July 5K run.
My mom and I had decorated Kylees wagon with streamers and balloons and pulled her along. Kylee loved to watch the parade go by and wave at everyone. We even taught her to pick up the candy that was thrown. We were the very LAST to bring up the end of the parade. They put us behind the kids on bikes and we were separated from the big group by a 10th of a mile or so. When we passed the announcer they said "This Kylee Bangerter enjoying her first 4th of July and going to be celebrating her first birthday July 18th." The parade route was quite ways and Kylee got tired of waving by the end.

On the Road Again!!
We have had a very busy couple of weeks and spend a lot of time on the road.
Last weekend June 18th we help a friend by taking a trailer to Ephrim on our way headed up to Ogden. My mom came with us so she could spend time with Kadin and Shantay who just moved away from us :( so Shantay could go to school.
We continued our trip to Logan to see Great Grandma and Grandpa Bangerter, Matt, Jacki, Trevor, and Megan. We ate late dinner with Matt, Jacki, Trevor and Megan. We slept at Grandpa Dougs so eggs, cereal and toast was breakfast at their house. We spent the rest of the morning with Matt, Jacki, Trevor, and Megan. Kylee was fun to watch with Trevor. She tried to be soft, she just wanted to give kisses. Ty's favorite part of the trip was the trip to the Hostes Store!!! "Donuts!!" "Rassberry filler donuts for only $1.09"

Most of our trip was a "One Meal" trip.

Then for lunch we all went out to Sizzlers.
Lisa was at USU for Youth Conference so we captured her so she could spend the weekend with us before she went back to Richfield.

We had a short, but great time with everyone.
We went back to Ogden to get ready for Ty's class reunion. It was fun for Ty to see people he has not heard from for ten years. But best of all we were able to show off our prize, Kylee. She was by far the cutest little girl there. (But we are bias) We stayed in Ogden that night and had rootbeer floats. Kadin and Shantay made sausage and eggs for breakfast. We loved the time with them, especially since we were used to having Sunday dinners together and being able to see them a few other times during the week.
On our way headed South we stopped in Sandy to see Grandma and Frank and had submarine sandwiches.
We met Brady, Connie, Amanda, Jaron, Tyler and his girlfriend in Scipo to drop Lisa off for her last week in Richfield. Instead of getting back on I15 we took the back roads to surprise the rest of Ty's family in Panguitch for Sunday dinner.
So we traveled from one end of the state to the other.
Next Weekend... June 23rd at 8:00a.m. we pulled out of town again.
We pulled the trailer to Manti and stayed on our friends Dave and Joy's lot where is in the process of building a house. We enjoyed see the Manti Pageant that night. The next morning after breakfast my mom, dad, Ty and I went to the temple while Lisa got to be with Kylee. Lisa and Kylee walked to the temple and met us after our session.
After lunch we went to Lake Shore for a friends wedding, but we forgot the directions... oops. We found our way and enjoyed ourselves. The wedding was in a arena. It was decorated so cute! and we took advantage of the photo opportunity and got a few pictures of Kylee.

It wasn't a long weekend, so we headed out Sunday morning and stopped back in Richfield to drop Lisa off again. She waited there insteaded driving six more hours, to meet up with a friend to head to Minnesota for a week. We continued our travels home. It was good to be home, but ooohh so hot!

Dang Sick Bug
Poor little girl caught the sick bug. Ty got sick right after we got back from camping, and his 24 hour bug lasted 6 days. It just kicked his butt right to the curb. Then 3 days after he was better, Kylee started getting sick. Her little nose is so stuffy, a little cough, and a low temperature. Its so hard to see them sick. I can understand a small portion of what Jesus Christ went through, just wishing that I could be the one to be sick (And I hate being sick, even though I usually only get sick one time a year if that, but I just hate being sick). Kylee just doesn't know what she wants; up and down, bink, no bink, food, no food. I know I will regret this, but if she could just talk and tell me what she wants and what hurts, it would make this process a lot easier.
We understand a few thing, Hi, Dad, Mom, Yes!, (A grunt with a holler) that's Grandma, Andpa, Ees (Lisa).
Just before she got sick we discovered another tooth on top. That makes five; three on top, two on bottom. She is going to have a whole mouth full in no time.
Kylee was walking here and there. From one couch to the other, or clear across the room if someone was encouraging her. But about the same time she got a new tooth she took off RUNNING! She is speedy. We have gone to the next level of child proofing-- shutting the bathroom doors, putting to garbage can up, and blocking off grandma's stairs. I love to watch her walk with her arms up in the air like ET. But she has a lot cuter little swivel in her hips than ET.

Memorial Day Weekend
We are in Panguitch this weekend to go camping, but it is so horribly windy!!! So we are just on stand-by until we see what happens. We will probably just head out first thing tomorrow morning. Kylee is loving being with everyone that she hasn't seen in a little while. She gives the best kisses to Trevor. It is so much fun to watch all three little cousins in their different stages. Trevor is 3 months 3 days behind Kylee, and Oaklee is two weeks behind Trevor. With her being a little mover it will be a very fun, but dirty weekend.
Here are pictures from our fun and VERY dirty weekend.

Shrek'in it!
My whole family had a night out on the town. We wanted to all go out and do something fun before Kadin and Shantay LEFT us! So we went to Shrek 3D. We even got 3D glasses for Kylee. She let me hold them on her for quite some time before she just got tired and slept the rest of the movie. We really had a great time.

Un-Stoppable
Miss Kylee is EVERYWHERE! It is hard to keep her still, she just wants to move. The other night she took 25 steps with two U turns. She is the biggest tease especially to Aunt Lisa. She would rather walk than crawler, but if she gets wobbly she falls to her bum and Stink Bug Crawls until she gets to where she wants to be.
She is a smart little pill, and takes everything in like a little learning vacuume. Her favorite toys--are books. And all of you who know me really well, thats hard to believe. She has one of those books that has things hidden under flip out pieces, and she can open them all and knows right where each one is on the different pages.
She is doing really well with taking formula. We have tried them all. We weighed her today and she was 19.4 lbs. So she didn't starve much with the transition.
She is a lover, and gives the best kisses. (I know cute now, but wait until she gets 16). Nick, Stephanie (the first) and Kevin came to get our little trailer for Matt and Jacki--"The Love Shack" from the 1951". Oaklee was in on the floor stretching out before they had to head back. Kylee was standing right by me holding onto a little chair; and next thing we hear Oaklee screaming. Kylee was in giving her kisses. Oaklee's forhead was indented from Kylee's hand bracing herself up after she had rolled her over, and Kylee was trying to get her eyes. Well because Oaklee is screeming, Kylee (who is a sympothy cryer) starts crying too. Oaklee was okay with no scratches.

Anniversary Update
Last year for our Anniversary I made a fancy dinner. I had our fine china set out and sparkling cider, everything ready at the same time, and the table all set.
Ty was late coming home, so I had to reheat everything, but it was okay, it would still taste great. Just as we got sat down to eat, he gets a call out- for Accident Team Reconstruction on a fatal car accident. He didn't get home until 10:30 -11:00.
So this year Ty said he would just take me out to dinner.
-He was planning on bringing me flowers at work, but I had the 24 hour bug that I was getting over so I didn't go to work.
-He was also planning on getting off two hours early, but there was an accident that he had to wait for a tow truck to pull a kid out of the ditch.
-So then that put him later than he wanted so he didn't have time to pick up the flowers he wanted cause it would put him a half hour later than his normal time to get off.
After we dropped off Kylee and head to dinner, he said I could pick wherever I wanted since he didn't get to pick up flowers... and he gets a call that they need someone from Accident Reconstruction to evaluate and accident.
We could not believe it. Two years in a row on the exact same day. Luckily they just needed help on some markings and we were only there about a half hour.
We then enjoyed (me, more than Ty) dinner at Red Lobster, and an enjoyable walk on the Temple grounds where it all began. (We were supposed to make it to the movie, but it was too late.)
When we plan things something always happens. When we don't plan, our life is boring.
Overall we had an enjoyable night and will have something to look back on and laugh.
